Refunds & Cancellations

Food is prepared fresh to order, so we can’t accept returns. But if something is wrong with your order, we’ll fix it.

Cancellations.You can cancel before the kitchen starts preparing your order. Once preparation begins, the order can’t be cancelled.

Issues.If an item is missing, incorrect, or not up to standard, contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours with a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Refunds. Approved refunds for card payments are returned to your original payment method within a few business days.
