Refunds & Cancellations

Food is prepared fresh to order, so we can’t accept returns. But if something is wrong with your order, we’ll fix it.

Cancellations. If you need to cancel, call the number on our Contact page immediately and give your order reference. We will check the order’s preparation status and tell you whether cancellation is possible. A call does not by itself cancel an order.

Issues. If your order does not arrive, or an item is missing, incorrect, or not as described, call the number on our Contact page as soon as possible with your order reference. A photo can help where one is available. We will assess an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Refunds. For an approved refund, we will explain the amount, method, and expected timing when we resolve your case. A card refund will be initiated to the original payment method where the payment provider permits it. This draft policy does not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.
